In Internet Explorer, to download files: right click on item, click "save target as", choose your folder, and click save. To print: left click item, click file, click print preview, click the down arrow to the left of "help" on menu bar, click "only the selected frame", then click print (some diagrams may require that the page setup be changed from portrait to landscape: click file, page setup, and click the button next to landscape).
